Ingredientes:
2 cebollas en rebanadas delgadas 4 cdas. de mantequilla 1 cda. de tomillo fresco picado 400 g de fetuccini grueso 2 tazas de champiñones troceados 2 cdas. de aceite de oliva 1 taza de fondo de res Sal
Preparación:
En primer lugar, en una olla con mantequilla sofríe la cebolla y el tomillo a fuego bajo durante 30 minutos con la olla tapada. De vez en cuando destapa para mover y, pasado el tiempo, destapa y cuece varios minutos más hasta que la cebolla esté dorada. Por otro lado, cuece la pasta en agua con sal hasta que se encuentre suave. Saltea los champiñones con el aceite en una sartén; cuando estén dorados, vierte el fondo de res y la cebolla caramelizada. Finalmente, añade la pasta a la preparación, combina y sirve caliente.
